You must be of legal drinking age to buy our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18+ and legally permitted to receive alcohol. Valid ID may be required upon delivery if you do not provide this delivery may be refused.

Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days once payment has been made.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout starting from £6. Orders over £70 qualify for free delivery.

• If our carrier has any doubt about the age of the recipient, they may request valid ID upon delivery. If the recipient is unable to provide the required ID, the carrier will be unable to deliver the order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will review the situation and help resolve it where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Allergens & Ingredients

Our rum punch contain’s fruit juices and other natural ingredients. Tranquil Tropics contain’s coconut white rum and should not be consumed by individuals with coconut allergies or sensitivities. For any other allergy-related enquiries, please contact us.
